RETURNS POLICY

We currently only offer refunds if your order has arrived damaged. In the rare case of this happening we would love for you to e-mail us with pictures provided of your order. From there we will issue your refund / exchange and a gift voucher for your next purchase. If you simply don't like your lash style, please e-mail us and we'll sort out any of your issues.


SHIPPING POLICY

Once we've shipped your order and you've received a delivery confirmation we are no longer responsible for the package / parcel. In the rare case of a parcel going missing please e-mail us with your order confirmation and order number and we'll provide you with some help. ( You will NOT receive a refund.)
